First of all I LOVED the results you achieved in digitalizing my 50 year old slides! I couldn't be happier. The only problem was the disc you sent me wouldn't work on my MacBook Pro. A friend tried it in her Windows operating system and it worked fine! I called you and you promptly sent me another disc and this one worked just fine! Don't know what happened but I appreciate your prompt attention to correcting this glitch! Thanks for a job well done! I rated your digital efforts a 5 but the disc situation a 1.
