DigMyPics Review From Downers Grove, IL - Shipping Charges

The service was great, and the several updates and progress reports were reassuring. The one thing I did not like was the high shipping charge that had not been disclosed until after all was done, to the best of my knowledge. It added about 30% to my bill. I was supprised, disapponged, and not encouraged to use this service again.
