DigMyPics Review From Ny, NY - Slide scanning

Dig my pics is very service oriented . I had a problem with several of my slides being improperly mounted by the lab and the scans had to be redone. Also they were very sensitive in handling my requests for color balancing, as these were slides of hand colored photos and the colors were not as obvious as in color photography. I directed the changes by phone and they made the corrections (at no extra service charge.) I was very pleased with the results and would certainly use them again as well as recommend them. The customer contact was top quality.
