"The results in saving a lifetime of family history on DVD was everything I hoped it would be, but my most positive praise is for the absolutely top employees in customer service. They answered my questions promptly with utmost patience and courtesy and translated my detailed instructions with complete accuracy. It was a pleasure to have the phone answered by a helpful human, a rare event these days. They deserve the credit for my decision to send another large order early in 2005. My experience was better than a "5-good". I was pleasantly surprised that the underexposed slides which I included for their sentimental value showed very well indeed on the computer. I have truly appreciated your assistance with this project. These Christmas gifts from my sister and myself to my 2 children went into the mail this morning. Have a great holiday.
