Maybe the very best thing about this experience wasn't the end-result (perfectly good but which other companies might also deliver), but the presence of ever-helpful human beings at every step of the way. When I called, a person answered. When I had a question, someone could always be found with the knowledge to reply. When I wanted to modify the color correction on some slides, someone took the time to review the job with me and fix them. My experience doing business on the net has often been horrific because of the low standards of customer support provided by these companies. Here was a happy exception.
