I wanted to take time out to thank you for the absolutely perfect way you handled my first project. I wasn’t familiar with your company so only sent half of my reels to see how it worked, You sent me the box with instructions. Then you sent emails keeping me informed every step of the way. When the finished product arrived, the quality was great. I sent my second batch and had the same experience. However on this order I thought there was a problem. I called and even though your records showed everything was correct, you willingly paid to fix it. It turned out the mistake was 100% my fault. I called to “confess” and the customer service lady didn’t even ask me for reimbursement. I insisted since that was the right thing to do. So I think you are such a great, well-run company that I would highly recommend. Thank you.
