All employees were great to work with. Provided timely responses to all my questions. When I called they answered the phone quickly, no wait time. They were professional, thorough, and detail oriented. They took Wonderful care of my father's slides. They had to take apart slides that had metal frames and they made sure they got permission from me. I was able to download all images from their website to my computer and I also ordered a flash drive and DVD copy. Very pleased with their ethical business. They really are an excellent business and I will continue to do business with them.
