I cannot say enough about how happy I am with the entire process and the response and support I received from the digmypics.com team. I received notifications several times throughout the process to let me know the status, and received personal communications whenever they had questions that would determine how they needed to proceed. In the era of outsourced support, the digmypics.com team should be held up as a prime example of customer support done right. My digital pics came out great, and the DVD I purchased was very professionally done. Not to mention the digital download option they provide!
