One 5" reel plus fourteen 3" reels of movie films sent via FedEx DigMyPics sent update email when films are queue for processing An update email notify in clearing queue for transfer preparation Then when film transfer is completed - received a link fo review, re-organize by drag and drop clips and add titles. All came in a very efficient manner. The digitize transfer came out better than expected for 37 years old color movie films. The USB file downloaded perfectly onto my computer. I will use DigMyPics again, and highly recommend their quality services to others.
