"When I get my pictures, I hope I can make a more positive comment. Right now I'm not happy. I called your offices on Monday morning, to ask if it were possible to receive my pictures by Friday or Saturday so I can work on my project this weekend. The woman I talked to checked where I was in the queue and told that if I paid for 2-day FedEx that I would get them on Friday or Saturday. According to FedEx, I'm paying 2-day shipping and I won't get them until Monday evening! If you can't do it, don't tell me that you can. And don't state on your website that you'll try to meet special circumstances- it just raised my expectations and now I'm frustrated because I planned my weekend around having those pictures. "
