How To Create A Photo Slideshow

So you have a group of photos from an event or a vacation but you don’t know what to do with them or how to share them with friends and family. Make a fun photo slideshow, set it to music and let them enjoy the fun with you! 

Step 1 

Select the photos you would like to share in a slideshow. Gather them into a folder. Do any touch ups on the photos before you start making your slideshow. 

Step 2

Select a tool to make your slideshow. There are a large number of apps and programs such as Animoto, Mac Slideshow Maker, and Canva that are easy to use. Some may limit the number of photos  you can use in a single slideshow so make sure to choose the right program for what you are trying to acheive. 

Step 3

Tell a story with your slideshow. If you are making one about the recent trip you took, start at the beginning and work your way to the end. Following some sort of timeline makes your slideshow easy for viewers to follow along. 

Step 4 

Add music and titles. If you want a more personalized touch to your video, many of the programs allow you to add titles, music and even emojis to your video. Some even have transitions you can use between each photo to up the production value. 

Step 5

Download it, save it and send it to your friends and family. Slideshows also make a great post for social media. You can use them for your personal photos and they are also a great way to share what your business is up to!
