They were able to work miracles with the 8mm reels that I had. Unfortunately, my dad had not kept them very protected over the years and they were pretty messed up. When I sent the film I let the guys know that this was very important to me since we had very little film or pictures left of my dad. They cleaned and straightened the film a couple of times. Then when putting the film on DVD they took the time to enhance the picture as much as they could to clean it up. Throughout out this process I received an email and a phone call letting me know what was going on and what they planned on doing next. I am grateful for the film they have fixed for me and plan to send more. I tell people about the wonderful work that they did for me and what DigMyPics can do for them.
