DigMyPics Review From Seattle - Slides from the '40s Saved"

My parents lived in Brazil in the late 1940s and early '50s and took some amazing photographs of the towns, worksites, and homes they lived in. Not to mention family photos of my sister and I as babies and toddlers. Some had degraded horribly, having been shot on an unknown, probably Brazillian brand of film, while others used Brand Named film from the US. The difference between the two kinds of film 70 years later is dramatic! But what is even more dramatic is how digmypics was able to rescue the degraded slides! Looking through the files of the enhanced pictures, time after time I thought - I've never SEEN this picture - only to realize the originals had been SO degraded that I hadn't been able to make anything out! It is wonderful to have these family memories preserved! Thank you so much, digmypics! I DO DIG MY PICS!
