My order involved scanning over 500 35mm slides.While they were all high quality photos, they were taken over a period of over 60 years,with at least three differant cameras and several differant films. The first scan, as posted on the DigMyPics website, was disappointing. Many of the pictures had poor color balance and/or were much too dark. I telephoned my sad story to DigMyPics and got "Priscilla" on the line. Instead of a big argument over my complaint, Priscilla agreed with me and proceeded to review and expertly tone-up each photo.
