I had over 500 slides and 20 VHS tapes that I wanted preserved. Not growing up in the digital age I had no idea what I even wanted. I called customer service and they walked me through the different options and helped me decide what was best for me. They were so patient as I had many questions. The finished product is labeled just how I wanted it and is so easy to use. They were even kind enough to give me a credit because I did not want my originals returned. DigMyPics was definitely the best value. The regular pricing at DigMyPics was the same as Legacy Box at 60% off and by far superior customer service.
