I mailed several APS film cartridges for scanning to digmypics. Their service and communication, from beginning to end, far exceeded my expectations. I received emails at every stage of the process: printing the shipping label, receipt of the package, start of the scanning process, half-way point of the scanning process, completion and review of scanned pics online, shipping of digital pics (with tracking), and follow-up. On top of all that, the quality of my pics are great and I feel that I paid a very fair price for such top notch service.
