DigMyPics Review From Washington, DC - Looking Glass/Poco Concert Pictures from 1972
I want to thank you for doing such a terrific job on digitizing my 36 negatives that I took in August 1972 of a concert by Looking Glass and Poco on the Washington Monument grounds. I was the Epic Records promotion manager for the Mid-Atlantic and broke "Brandy" by Looking Glass in DC. I have a gold record for doing it and after 40 years, I am going to reunite with Elliot Lurie, the lead singer and writer in a couple of weeks. One of the pictures is of me and Elliot with the rest of the band. Obviously, these photos have great sentimental value. The final product is superb, and your customer service is fantastic. I like that you kept me updated through the process and I could see your progress as you posted the pictures online for me to review. I also appreciate that when you sent the CD, you also sent an email with detailed instructions on how to load them into IPhoto on the MAC. It would have been frustrating without them. I would highly recommend your company for all your services based on my experience and look forward to sending you more work in the future.
