Before I accepted the order online, I had to look at a very small thumbnail to see if the picture was up to my standards. The magnafying tool was of little help. Luckily digital picture came out very nicely. This was an oversized picture, so I can understand it may be not practical. Lastly, instead of charging for a CD or USB drive, why not allow your customers a choice to download finished pictures from your site. The cost of the shipping back to customer, plus the CD/USB negates any savings.
