Their customer service staff asked all the right questions, and contacted us whenever there was an issue. Our materials were returned safely and on schedule. The images are crisp and clear, and stored on portable hard drives now. On Christmas night, my husband and his brother spent hours looking at their childhood photos again. We will definitely use Digmypics to transfer more of our own materials.
