I sent fourteen 8mm home movies taken forty or more yeas ago to be digitized. The conversion took about a week. Each one looks great. The ability to add labels and arrange the sequence that they're put on DVD was a big help. Customer support folks responded quickly when I had questions. As soon as the digitizing was done, I was able to download the files to my laptop. I plan to use them for more old movies and photographs.

After pricing reproduction services for slides, negatives and prints I did some looking around on the Internet. I did not know what to expect from Digmypics. The service was quick and reasonably priced, particularly compared to our local photo shop. I was very impressed with the final quality. One dust and smeared print came back looking like new. All in all a very good experience.

The best service ever for the transfer of my old 1950s 8 mm films. Customer service was excellent and so is the final product. I was amazed at how fast I got my thumb drive after sending my films to be digitalized. Whenever I called with my questions, I did not hit an answering machine but there was always somebody at the end of the line to answer my questions to my satisfaction. I highly recommend digmypics. You will not be disappointed.

I'm old and retired and have what I know are old-fashioned expectations of the quality of service I receive from businesses in today's world. I am blown away by DigMyPics. This company did EXACTLY what it said it would on its website. In fact, the service level actually exceeded my expectations. No telephone tree when I called with a question. Real people competently answered my questions - which were few. They delivered exactly as promised and then followed up with instructions about how to keep your newly digitized materials safe and secure. Highly recommend! I can't think of any company that has done more to offer and deliver a great service.

My husband is celebrating a milestone birthday this year and I thought a great present would be to convert his family's old 35 mm films to DVDs. As luck would have it a friend of mine recommended digmypics and I am so glad she did! The website was easy to read, progress emails were sent, we were able to preview and edit before processing, a quick turn around time and delivery was easy. My husband was so excited about the DVD's that we ordered a set for each of his siblings.
