The pictures and dvds arrived yesterday and I could not be happier with your work. The TV resolution dvd was absolutely beautiful and the thumbnail printout was a very good idea. You did everything you said you would do within the timeframe you indicated. I was worried about sending my pictures to a company I found on the internet, but I am glad I trusted you. I will tell my family and friends about your company and I wish you a lot of success.

So far I have had them transfer over 5000 precious and irreplaceable family photos on CD's and I couldn't be more pleased with their professional handing. I insure the actual photos for a good deal of money, just to be sure Fed ex is paying attention with the delivery from me to them, and they do the same when they return them. And it is such a pleasure having my photos downloaded onto my computer, with the original CD's now safe I my safety deposit box. I started the process before the fires in California, but after hearing all those families say that the hardest thing they had to bear wasn't losing their homes, and all that was in it, but losing the irreplaceable memories of the photos. My winters project is to sore the rest of our photos and to have them all done by the same company. And then the movies as well. I have expanded the memory on my computer, and they scan through every 20 as my screen saver. I often find children and grandchildren mesmerized by the memories.

Dear Ms. Crossen, Back in October you processed an order for me, probably a small one in the many thousands you regularly do. It was some old family photos from the 1960s and 1970s. I was cleaning up some papers and found an email from you and wanted to stop and thank you for the attention to detail. Because of some damage, one photo took several scans but this was done great. There was a small misunderstanding with something not done as I requested. It would have been reasonable for you to argue it was not your error, but you cheerfully corrected it. Part of it was a Christmas gift that has made the recipient very happy. Another photo was some 30 years old, the only photo I have of a dear, 92 year old relative who doesn't want more pictures taken of her. Now I will be able to have reprints or frame a copy. I'm sure that the work you do can sometimes be monotonous and often seem thankless. It's possible you have a quota to meet every day which can make it hard to give the quality attention to each job that you want to. If you're like me, even polite complaints which are valid can stick in the memory sometimes, making a workday harder. There is an old story about a doctor who cured ten people from terminal illness, but only one came back to thank him. So I wanted to thank you and let you know that there are probably 9 or even 90 or 900 people who haven't said thank you, but appreciated the work you did for them and treasure the results. I don't know who your supervisor is or how to send this to him or her, but feel free to forward the email or give a printout to him or her. You deserve the credit.

I received the priority mail package from DigMyPic! today and I'm very pleased! Thank you for a great job. I'm planning to sort through more slides ASAP and put together another order to send your way. Having the images in two dpi sizes is a real bonus -- is that standard for orders like mine? Scott, The video arrived on time and it was fabulous. I showed it as a surprise for my son at his graduation party and everyone just loved it. Some family members were in tears. It was a great big hit. So many people asked me where I got it done and they are so interested in using your services for events in the future. I am so glad I found your web site on the internet. I had been looking around locally and could not seem to find anyone who could help me or if they could the cost was outrageous. Although my son was a little embarrassed he loved it too. Thanks again.
