I received the digital .jpg files today on 3 DVDs. For a number of reasons I can't praise them enough. I sent them 1864 35mm slides in a box all jumbled up. They are some of the slides from 5 decades of my life and I'm 74 years old. Age has provided to me patience and the need/ability to be courteous at all times. From the time I sent the slides to the time I received the slides and digital scans back was 60 days. I do not find this to be a problem at all. I owned a company employing hundreds of employees, and hated customers demanding I expedite their orders. I only manufactured quality and would never budge. If I didn't sell the best quality I was able, then I had nothing to sell. These people think the same. The physical slides I received upon return were bundled and labeled corresponding to the numbered digital folders that held the scanned images. i.e. If there was a single digital image of which I needed the 35mm slide source, I could easily find it. Can't say enough good thing about the people and service. BTW my older brother has been communicating with me about this, and he has 90,000 35mm slides that remain to be digitized about his lifetime. He has personally scanned 10,000 over the years buy got old and tired. Thank you so much: Bruce Vetter, Monticello IL

I found digmypics online - desperate to find a way to get my Dad's old 8 mm film on a DVD for an upcoming family reunion. Really appreciated the communications, tracking and status that were provided. Updates were provided right from the start until my slides were back with me. I downloaded the images but also ordered a CD which I probably need not have done, but regardless, I was very pleased by their work and the level of confidence that I felt during the whole process. I took photos in for a memorial service. Some photos dated back to the 1940's We had "dig my pics" put them in a slide show and they did an amazing job. They kept in contact with us as the order progressed and it was ready on the day promised. I would highly recommend this company We were extremely pleased with the outcome. Great Job!

Digmypics has exceeded all my expectations. The process went very smoothly from shipping, communication and return of our family treasures. Thanks so much for the care you put into enhancing these slides. Some of them were from 1940’s of my dad in the service. Mist of these family slides we never saw since my parents never developed them into pictures. Loved how I could watch as they were being processed and really appreciated only having to pay fir the ines I wanted. It was really hard to tell what was in the with no slude projector. Will definitely use your company again and spread the word!

This is the second time I used Dig My Pics to capture my memories onto an electronic medium. They do an excellent job and I feel that their prices are fair. They go out of their way to assist you and ask questions to make sure they do the job correctly. I definitely recommend to friends and will use them again.
