I haven't looked at many of my 35 mm slides in over 30 years, and found some true treasures. I wanted to share those with family and friends, and looked into a scanner. After realizing how difficult scanning would be, I researched scanning services online, and loved digmypics site, information, user-friendlyness,ease of ordering and shipping, customer service, etc, and chose their service. I felt confident that my precious - and irreplaceable slides - were in good hands. Once I shipped my order via fedEx, I was very impressed. There was constant communication, updates, and reassurance re my valuable slides. I knew where the slides were, when they had arrived at digmypics, and that they were being processed. Then, in a short time, my slides were done and online for my review. Once I approved (and I appreciate having that opportunity), my order was shipped to me. The quality blew me away. Slides that I had trouble seeing from a projector, were very visible after scanning. I didn't notice scratches, dust, imperfections, nor any of that. I then had a ball having family and friends friends review these treasures online, emailing images, printing, framing, etc. I highly recommend digmypics. Customer service, and quality of workmanship are very important to me and my expectations were greatly exceeded.

EVERYONE at Digmypics gave me nothing but superior customer service (Even when I asked the dumb questions !) They communicated with me every step of the way, I couldn't be happier with the care taken with our family slides. I was a bit worried about the finished product being mailed to my home as it is our rainy season and I thought the package just might get caught in a rainstorm but low and behold they thought of everything...they came packaged perfectly and even wrapped in a plastic bag for extra protection. Exceeded every Expectation.

I can't thank you all enough. I just received my copy from Fed Ex, so thank you for the rush - you went above and beyond my expectations!! I just watched the video and could not be happier - for anyone thinking about whether or not to use this company go for it you won't be sorry!! After we yell surprise, I will be handing my sister a cocktail and a pack of kleenex and starting the video - I know they will love it and what a great rememberance of all the good times!!! Like everybody we had concerns about sending our slides (from 1955 thru 1973) away. They are irreplaceable memories of our past. Before chosing DigMyPics we checked several other options and they all send the slides to foreign countries for processing. We figured that would be a big risk of losing the slides; we wanted to use a source here in the good old USA. So, we chose DigMyPics. First we sent a small order of approximately 400 slides. The results we got were great. So we recently decided to send in another 815 slides. When we reviewed the digitized results on line they were truly outstanding, the color and clearness were more than we expected for such old slides. We ordered eleven DVDs of them (one for ourself, six for our sons, one for a brother, two for nieces, and one for a nephew). We made an excellent choise in DigMyPics! J. & B. Garrett Indiana

I submitted 315 35mm slides dating back as many as 60 years. The results were so good that I ordered all of them. The entire process was smooth and simple. The staff is informed and courteous. This company did everything that they promised. Iam very impressed and quite happy with the finished product. Much more than I expected. 100% satisfied.

Communication from the very first beginning was simply excelent, at all times was I kept aware of the material sent, alternatives to chose, costs, to be able to make informed decisions as I went along. A very pleasant experience, always up to date, friendly messages, very helpful, and last, but not least, the quality of the fotographic material, the packing, shipping and presentation was simply fabulous. At this time, I sent about 2,000 photos, I have about 6,000 more. Slowly every few months I will continue to do them in batches. I never would have thought it would be as easy to have the slides of my artwork digitized as it turned out to be. Everyone I worked with at Digmypics was able to answer my many questions and assist with each step of the process. I received the finished digitized material back very quickly and everythig looked wonderful. I paricularly like having the book of the thumbnail images to refer to. I have no hesitation in submitting future projects to their capable hands.

Since this was my fourth or fifth order I expected everything to go smoothly. It didn't happen that way this time. The processing cycle took at least a day longer than I expected but I could live with that. My disappointment stems from the images not being posted on digmypics expo or transferred to picasawebalbun. I did receive my pictures today so that partially makes up for not having them online.
