Our Satisfaction Guarantee ensures that you will receive a product that is up to your standards or you don’t pay. We think you’ll agree that going digital has never been more hassle-free.

After your images are scanned and/or your 8mm films transfered, we will send you a link to view your photos and videos online. You can delete up to 20% of your photos for full credit using Don’t Wan’t Don’t Pay™.  If you're satisfied, just pay the bill online and we'll send you back your originals and your new digital files.

But if you decide that you're completely unsatisfied, we'll simply delete all of your photos and video transfers, refund any money you're paid and return your originals at our expense via USPS Priority Mail (or upgrade to FedEx at your expense). 

You have 21 days from the date we complete your scans to decide. If we haven't heard from you in that time frame, we'll assume you're satisfied and automatically bill you and return your photos and scans.
